摘要
目的研究植酸酶对不同年龄段猕猴蛋白质和钙、磷消化利用的影响。方法随机挑选健康亚成年和成年猕猴各8只,将其分为亚成年试验组、亚成年对照组和成年试验组、成年对照组,每组4只。通过蛋白质消化试验和钙磷平衡试验研究植酸酶对猕猴蛋白质消化率和钙磷利用率的影响。结果亚成年试验组和对照组的蛋白质消化率(%)分别为88.43±1.83和81.39±2.28,钙、磷总利用率(%)分别为61.70±3.70、84.01±2.84和45.32±9.63、71.15±4.67。成年试验组和对照组的蛋白质消化率(%)分别为89.28±1.63和81.65±2.95,钙、磷总利用率(%)分别为34.18±10.41、81.97±3.38和21.18±6.56、69.23±9.15。亚成年与成年试验组和对照组的蛋白质消化率和钙、磷利用率均有不同程度的提高,成年组的磷总利用率存在着显著差异(P<0.05),亚成年组的蛋白质消化率和钙、磷总利用率及成年组的蛋白质消化率却存在着极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论植酸酶可显著提高亚成年猕猴的蛋白质消化率和钙、磷利用率,但对成年猕猴的钙利用率无提高作用。
Objective Study on the effect ofphytase on apparent digestibility of crude protein and utilization of calcium or phosphorus in different ages rhesus monkey. Methods Sixteen healthy young and adult breeding rhesus monkeys were selected, and randomly divided into young or adult of treated and control group. Results The apparent digestibility of crude protein were 88.43% ± 1.83% and 81.39% ± 2.28%, in young of treated and control group respectively and the calcium and phosphorus utilization were 61.70% ±3.70%,84.01% ± 2.84%, and45.32% ± 9.63%,71.15% ± 4.67%, respectively whereas in adult were 89.28% ± 1.63% and 81.65% ± 2.95% ,34.18% ± 10.41%,81.97% ± 3.38% and 21.18% ± 6.56%,69.23% ± 9.15%. Not only P〈0.05 for the comparison with the control of phosphorus utilization in the adult, but also P〈0.01 of calcium or phosphorus utilization in young group and crude protein apparent digestibility of all. Conclusion The phytase has a good value on utilization of young rhesus monkey.
