孕激素受体与增殖细胞核抗原在人原发性脑肿瘤中的表达 被引量:1

Expression of PR and PCNA in human primary brain tumors

摘要 目的检测孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)及增殖细胞核抗原(proliterating cell nuc lear antigen,PC-NA)在人原发性脑肿瘤中的表达情况,探讨PR及PCNA与脑肿瘤增殖活性之间的关系及其在脑肿瘤临床治疗方面的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测PR及PCNA在90例原发性脑肿瘤中的表达。结果星形细胞瘤、室管膜瘤、髓母细胞瘤肿瘤细胞中PR表达的阳性率分别为57.89%、50%、58.33%,PCNA阳性率分别为65.79%、92.86%、66.67%,星形细胞瘤中PR表达与PCNA表达、PR表达与肿瘤分级以及PCNA表达与肿瘤分级之间相关性有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论星形细胞瘤、室管膜瘤和髓母细胞瘤中有相当数量PR存在,推测PR可能部分参与了星形细胞瘤的恶性生长,对于PR阳性的星形细胞瘤患者手术后选择PR拮抗剂治疗可能有效。 Objective To explore the relationship between the expressions of PR, PCNA and primary brain tumor proliferative activity and its significance in clinical therapy for brain tumor. Methods Immunohistochemical staining ( S-P method) was used to detect the expressions of PR and PCNA in 90 various brain tumor tissues (astrocytoma, ependymoma and medulloblastoma). Results The positive rate of PR expression in astrocytoma, ependymoma, and medulloblastoma was 57.89%, 50% and 58.33%, respectively. The positive rate of PCNA expression in astrocytoma, ependynoma, and medulloblastoma was 65. 79%, 92. 86% and 66.67% respectively. Significant relationship was found between PR and PCNA, PR and histological grade of astrocytoma, PCNA and histological grade of astrocytoma (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion A considerable number of may partly partreatment of PRpositive astrocytoma.
