联合注射臭氧(O_3)及胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨CT引导下联合注射臭氧(O3)及胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值。方法在CT引导下对60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用盘内注射以及椎体后路突出物内注射臭氧(O3)及胶原酶来治疗腰椎间盘突出症。疗效评价分为3级:显效,有效及无效。结果术后60例患者随访3个月~6个月,显效23例,有效33例,无效4例,总有效率达93%以上。结论CT引导下提高了操作准确性,联合注射臭氧(O3)及胶原酶是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效、安全的方法。 Objective To discuss the efficacy of CT guiding combined injection of ozone(O3) and collagenase in the treatment of herniated lumbardisk. Methods Sixty patients with herniated lumardisk underwent CT guided combined injection of 03 and collagenase, which comprised intradisk and itrapreeessus injection. The identification of therapeutic effects was divided into three degrees, i. e. significant effect, general effect and non - effect. Results After the operation, all patients were followed - up for 3 to 6 months. Of them, significant effect was found in 23 cases, general effect in 33, and non - effect in 4, total effective rate was over 93 %. Conclusion CT guided injection can improve the accuracy of procedures. Combined injection of 03 and collagenase is an effective and safe means for treating the herniated lumbardisk.
