摘要 目的探讨MSCT门静脉重建技术的临床应用价值。方法16例健康对象及20例肝脏疾病患者行MSCT门静脉成像,分析VR,MIP重建图像,比较其优缺点。结果VR,MIP均可显示4级以上的门静脉分支,对于4级以下的分支MIP的敏感性要优于VR,但VR可以显示门静脉与病变或肝静脉的三维空间关系。结论两种重建方法应相互补充,结合横断面图像,可为临床确诊提供更多信息。 Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT) portography reconstruction in the clinical applications. Methods MSCT portal vein imaging was performed in 16 healthy subjects and 20 patients with hepatic diseases. The advantages and the defects of volume rendering(VR)versus maximum intensity projection(MIP)in the three dimensional reconstruction were comparatively analyzed. Results Portal vein bronchus over fourth grade could be revealed by VR and MIP technique, During the visualization of portal vein bronchus below fourth grade, the sensitivity of MIP was superior to VR, however, VR could reveal the 3D spacial relationship between the portal veins and the lesions or hepatic veins, Conclusion The integration of the both kinds of reconstruction modalities and combine with axial imaging can provide more informations for clinically definite diagnosis.
