摘要 本文对黑曲霉S_1(Aspergillus niger S_1)生淀粉糖化酶生物合成调节进行了初步研究,认为该菌生淀粉糖化酶的合成与菌体生长呈负相关,即酶的合成过程是典型的选择性合成过程。该菌生淀粉糖化酶的合成受降解物阻遏调控,缓慢供给低浓度易利用碳源和添加环腺苷磷酸(cAMP)可使酶的合成消阻遏,通过研究放线菌素C_1(Actinomycin C_1)等抑制剂对酶合成的影响而推断黑曲霉S_1生淀粉糖化酶合成的阻遏调控发生在转录水平上。 The regulation of raw-starch-digesting glucoamyiase biosynthesis by Aspergi-llus niger S1 was studied. The results showed that the raw-starch-digesting glucoamyiase formation negatively correlated with the mycelium growth, just that, the time course of this enzyme formation was that of classical preferential synthesis. The raw-starch-digesting glucoamyiase biosynthesis was regulated by hydrolysate repression, and was derepressed by slow feeding low concentration of readily utili-zable carbon source and by adding cAMP. Analysing the time course of effects of some inhibits on raw-starch-digesting glucoamyiase formation such as actino-mycin Cl, it was deduced that the repression regulation of raw-starch-digesting glucoamyiase occured at the transformation level.
