摘要
用嗜水气单胞菌(浓度9×108CFU/mL)感染健康鲫(剂量为0.3mL/尾),4d后观察鲫的发病情况,并对鲫三项血液生化指标进行测定。结果表明:感染鲫表现出典型的嗜水气单胞菌引起的败血症症状,与对照组比较甘油三酯含量极显著下降,总蛋白含量显著下降,而谷丙转氨酶活性极显著升高。
Healthy crucian carps were artificially injected with Aeromonas hydrophila,and the treatment fish were compared with control group.The results showed that the content of triglycerides(TG) decreased significantly and the content of total protein(TP) decreased evidently in the treatment fish.The activity of glutamic pyruric transaminase(GPT) increased significantly compared with the control group.
