摘要 根据抽检试验和工厂首批出证试验的结果,探讨和分析了铁素体+少珠光体型及针状铁素体型X70钢级管线钢带状组织的特点,带状组织形成与控轧及控冷工艺和钢的化学成分尤其是Mo的含量的关系,以及带状组织程度对钢管母材夏比冲击韧性、DWTT试验SA值、抗HIC性能的影响。 Based on the results of the random test and the test with a first-lot factory certificate, discussed and analyzed are the banded structure features of X70 grade steel with the ferrite plus deficient pearlite and the acicular ferrite for the line pipe, the relations between the formation of the banded structure and the controlled rolling, the cold control process and the steel chemical composition, especially the Mo content, and also the influence of the banded structure extent on the base material Sharp impact toughness, the DWTT test SA values and the HIC resistance property of steel pipes.
