弯管制造工艺对X70钢级弯管性能影响的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 就弯管制造工艺对X70钢级弯管性能的影响进行了较为系统的试验研究。通过对弯管原材料采用不同的热处理工艺进行多次试验,结合产品试制的检验结果,得出了较为合适的弯制工艺:弯制温度900~1050℃;加热带宽40~80mm;冷却方式为单面强制水冷;回火温度450~550℃。用干线管弯制的Φ1016mm×17.5mm、Φ1016mm×21mm和Φ1016mm×26.2mm共3种规格的弯管单件、小批量试制及Φ1016mm×21mm规格首批50支批量试生产的检验结果表明,所制订的X70钢级弯管弯制工艺是可行的。 Systematic experimental research is made, involving the influence by the manufacturing process on the performance of the X70 grade elbow. Different heat treatment processes are used as trials to treat the stock of the elbow, based on which together with the inspection results of the products by the trial productions, a rather applicable manufacturing process for the said elhow is built up, covering such tips as bending temperature range of 900-1 050 ℃, heating bandwidth of 40 - 80 mm, cooling type of one-side forced water cooling and temper temperature range of 450 - 550 ℃. The newly-buih manufacturing process for the X70 elbow is proved applicable and practical on the basis of the inspection results of individual pieces of the Φ1 060 mm × 17.5 mm, Φ1 060 mm × 21 mm, Φ1 060 mm × 26.2 mm elbows processed with the trunk line pipes, the trial-manufactured small lots of the elbow as well as 50 pieces of the Φ 1060 mm × 21 mm elbow from the first trial massive production.
