摘要 介绍了穿孔机三辊液压定心装置的结构及工作原理。该装置以特制的双行程液压缸为动力,在无缝钢管穿轧生产过程实现抱杆、抱管和打开3个动作,保证了钢管穿轧过程轴向抛管的配合要求。生产实践表明,该装置完全能够满足无缝钢管穿孔工艺要求,可在相关机组上推广应用。 Described are the structure features and work principle of the hydraulically driven 3-roll centering system (steadier) of the piercing mill. The system, powered by a specially designed dual-stroke hydraulic cylinder, is capable of the three major movements, i.e., roll-closing to the bar, roll-closing to the shell and roll- opening, so as to ensure the proper axial delivery of the shell during the pipe piercing process. The actual operation result shows the said system is able to fully meet the piercing process requirements of seamless steel tubes, being worthy to be used on similar mills.
