紫杉醇联合解毒饮治疗头颈部恶性肿瘤的近期疗效观察

Recent Effective Observation of Paclitaxel Combining Jieduyin in Treatment of Cephalo-cevical Malignant Tumors

目的 观察紫杉醇联合解毒饮对头颈部恶性肿瘤的近期疗效和毒副作用。方法 选择51例头颈部恶性肿瘤患者选用紫杉醇与卡铂方案化疗，每4周重复用，共3～6周期，同时煎服解毒饮和静滴鱼腥草注射液。结果 初治的19例患者中，CR2例（10．5％），PR6例（31．6％），RR为42．1％；复治的32例患者中，CR2例（6．3％），PR9例（28．1％），RR为34．4％；初治疗效优于复治。结论 紫杉醇联合解毒饮对头颈部恶性肿瘤有较好的近期疗效，尤其对初治者效果更佳，而且毒副作用比较轻。

Objective To observe the recent treated effects and toxic side action of Paclitaxel combining Jieduyin in the treatment of cephalo-cevical malignant tumors. Methods The chemotherapy program of the paclitaxel and carboplatin were used to 51 cases patients of the cephalo-cevical malignant tumors. The repeated treatments were executed in each 4 weeks and these treatments are totally 3~6 cycles. Simultaneous, the Jieduyin decoction was taken and the Yuxingcao injection was intravenous drip. Results CR is 2 cases （to occupy 10. 5%） and PR is 6 cases （to occupy 31.6%） and RR is 42.1% in 19 cases patients of the initial treatment. CR is 2 cases （to occupy 6.3%） and PR is 9 cases （to occupy 28. 1%） and RR is 34.4% in 32 cases patients of the repeated treatment. The effects of initial treatment are superior to repeated treatment. Conclusion The Paclitaxel combining Jieduyin in the treatment of cephalo-cevical malignant tumors have better recent treated effects and the effects are especially very better for the initial treatment patients. The toxic side action of this treatment method is slight.
