弹性蛋白酶在脂肪性肝病和肝纤维化治疗中的应用进展

弹性蛋白酶是一种肽链内切酶,具有水解弹性蛋白的功能。目前研究表明,弹性蛋白酶可调节脂质代谢,降低血甘油三酯和胆固醇,升高高密度脂蛋白,可有效治疗高脂血症和脂肪性肝痛。并且发现, 弹性蛋白酶的活性与肝纤维化的进程有关。此文就弹性蛋白酶在高脂血症、脂肪性肝病和肝纤维化治疗中的应用进展作一综述。

Elastase is a kind of endopeptidase. It might hydrolyze elastin, regulate lipid metabolism, reduce blood triglyceride and cholesterol, and increase high density lipoprotein. Therefore, it might be used to treat effectively hyperlipoidemia and fatty liver disease. In addition, the activity of elastase relates to the progression of hepatic fibrosis, This article reviews the advance in the application of elastase to management of hyperlipoidemia, fatty liver disease and hepatic fibrosis.
