一个城市的图书馆设计除了要创造高质量的阅览环境,往往代表该城市的建筑文化形象和经济发展水平,在城市设计与城市景观设计日益受到重视的今天,如何从城市设计的角度做好单体设计是一个值得讨论的课题。

Library always represents for the architecture culture and the development of economy of a city. With the development of the environment and urban landscape design , library is no longer what it was. Through the introduction of the design of wuxi library, the author try to deliver an opinion that environment and open space is becoming more and more important in public space.
