摘要
《人力资源管理》专题网站双语自主学习模式的构建以建构主义学习理论、认知灵活性理论、情景认知理论为理论依据。在分析学习者特征的基础上,确定学习内容,按照教学计划为学生提供便捷的自主学习路线和工具,促使学生个性化、自主化的学习。以行动研究和评价体系研究相结合的方法不断发现问题、改进模式。
The construction of independent learning model of dual - language on special website of "human resources management" are based on constructivism theory, cognitive flexibility theory, situation cognition theory, which establish learning content based on the analysis of students'features, provide convenient and independent learning route and tools for students according teaching plan, contribute to personalized and initiative learning, progressively discover problems and reform model by the method of integration between action research and evaluation system. The investigation of questionnaire shows, independent learning model can benefit both students and teachers.
