产科弥漫性血管内凝血13例抢救分析

Exploration of the Early Diagnosis and Treatment of 13 Cases with Dissminated Intravascular Coagulation

目的探讨产科弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的早期诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析本院13例产科DIC患者的抢救过程。根据产科DIC的发病诱因、临床表现和实验室检查,尽早做出诊断,积极去除病因,给予抗休克,补充血容量,纠正酸中毒及电解质紊乱治疗,在此基础上,及时补充凝血因子,局部应用凝血酶。结果13例患者中治愈12例,死亡1例。结论早期诊断,尽快去除病因,及时补充凝血因子,重视凝血酶的局部应用,可提高产科DIC抢救成功率。

Objective To study the early diagnosis and therapy of dissminated intravascular coagulation （ DIC ）. Methods The emergency treatment courses of 13 cases with DIC of obstetrics were analyzed retrospectively. DIC of obstetrics could be diagnosed early according to its inducement, clinical characteristic and laboratory examination. On the base of deleting the pathogeny actively, resisting shock, enriching the blood capacity, redressing acidosis and dielectric disorder, coagulation factors should be complemented and thrombin should be used partially. Results Among 13 cases, 12 cases were cured, 1 case was dead. Conclusion The early diagnosis, deleting pathogeny actively, complementing coagulation factors time and attaching importance to the partial using of thrombin can improve the successive rate of emergency treatment of DIC.
