To research the effect mechanisms of p53 and tumor markers in tumor cell metastasis and prognosis and to approach to gene therapy taking tumor markers as target, in order to provide a better method for tumor treatment. The paper reviews the effect mechanisms and correlation between p53 and tumor markers. This is of a reference to gene therapy.
