应用PCR扩增Y染色体性别决定区序列鉴定山羊胚胎性别

Sexing Goat Embryos by Using PCR Amplification of SRY Sequence

在对山羊的Y染色体性别决定区(SRY)序列进行分析的基础上,设计出特异于山羊SRY序列的PCR引物,对山羊胚胎的分割胚的SRY序列进行扩增,以鉴定胚胎性别。胚胎移植后的妊娠及产羔情况证实,性别鉴定结果可靠。

This study analyses the goat SRY sequence by direct sequencing procedure,followed by the designation of the PCR primers specific for goat SRY. By using PCR amplification of the goat SRY gene, the embryo sex was determined. The results of the embryo sex identifications were further confirmed after the embryo transplantations and pregnancies.
