Librarians Mental Adjustment in the Course of Building Digital Library

本文分析了数字图书馆建设进程中馆员的，临时和应付心理、焦虑和畏难心理、封闭和逆反心理三种不良心态，并提出了解决问题的相应措施。

In the course of building digital library, there are three unhealthy psychological attitudes, namely, the temporary and superficial psychology, the anxious and worry psychology, the close and contrary psychology. Then this article analyzes current situation and points out appropriate countermeasures to solve these prohlems.
