Based on the physical performance of new fiber and the drafting phylosophy, conclusion is made that the cot and apron in spinning new fiber must be of execellent anti-abrasion,high counteraction of elastic fatigue and anti-grease. The right cot and apron is recommended for spinning of new fiber.
