政府主导型农业科技企业孵化器的局限性与发展趋势研究

Studies on Obstacles and Trends of Government-oriented Agriculture Hi-Tech Business Incubator

首先对我国政府主导型与企业型这两种类型的农业科技企业孵化器运行特征进行了比较分析;然后对我国目前占主导地位的政府主导型农业科技企业孵化器发展的障碍进行了考察;最后指出了相应的五大发展趋势:经营机制企业化、孵化行为市场化、投资主体多元化、管理团队专家化和系统服务高效化。

Firstly,we comparatively studied on five characters of two agricultural hi-tech incubator models which include investor, operator, managing goals,service items and finance balance;secondly,we impersonally analyzed the questions of government-oriented agriculture science and technology business incubator in China;at last,we pointed out five measures of incubator model innovation: managing mechanism in business ways,incubating behavior in market ways,stock-shared investor,management team specialization and excellent system service.
