我国中小型高科技企业成长环境评价研究

Study on Evaluation about the Growing Environment of Small and Medium-sized High-tech Enterprises in China

从直接环境和间接环境两个角度构建了评价中小型高科技企业成长环境的指标体系,并运用基于专家组集体决策的AHP方法、模糊数学中的综合评判方法等多种方法相结合对指标体系进行评价,确定了各级指标的权重和中小型高科技企业成长环境的最后得分,进而从指标权重、图形和排名3个角度分析了评价结果,并在结论中提出了完善中小型高科技企业成长环境的对策建议。

From both direct environment and indirect environment views ,this article establishes the evaluation system of the growing environment of medium and small-sized high-teeh enterprises,then evaluates it by combined methods such as the Fuzzy and AHP that are based on expert group＇s decision,and confirmed the weights of all indexes and the final results of the growing environment of mediumand small-sized high-teeh enterprises. Then it analyzes the results from weight,graphand sequence views,and puts forward eortesponding suggestions to perfect the growing environment of medium and small-sized high-teeh enterprises.
