Language experts have been searching for effective English teaching method for many years. Among them, communicative teaching method has been accepted by many language experts and teachers. In this thesis, Ⅰ illustrate profoundly the meaning of communicative teaching method, the reasons and ways of carrying out communicative teaching method in English teaching.
