摘要
本文通过对SD2100型柴油机进气管中压力波的测量和进气性能的试验与分析,探讨了进气管长度、歧管结构型式和空气滤清器诸因素对充气效率和进气压力波的影响,并通过计算机模拟计算,提出了关于双缸柴油机进气系统的改进建议。
In this paper exploratory investigations have been conducted into the influence of retake pipe length, design of pipe branch, air filter and other factors on the charging efficiency and intake air pressure wave, through measurement of pressure waves in the intake pipe of SD 2100 diesel engine as well as test and analysis of its intake characteristics. By simulating computation, proposals for improving the intake system of a 2-cylinder diesel engine have been also offered.
