《建康实录》的整理与研究业已取得令人瞩目的成绩。但是,关于此书的思想内容、撰写体例、文本演变及其文献价值等等,仍然是有待研究的问题;同样,在正文与注文的清理及校点工作方面,也有大量的工作要做。

The rearrangement and research in Veritable Records of Jiankang has attained a remarkable achievement. However, many issues remain to be solved when it comes to the book＇s content, format, evolution of its different versions and its documentary values. Likewise, there is still much to do in terms of sorting out the book＇s main body and notes, and there is much checking and punctuating to be done.
