加强高校党的建设、党的先进性建设,必须加强载体建设。针对新的形势和要求,以保持共产党员先进性教育活动为契机,结合高校实际,重庆交通大学党委不断总结和探索学生党员接待室等党建和思想政治工作载体建设,加强学生党员接待室长效制度建设,进一步拓展学生党员接待室的辐射空间,学生党员接待室的辐射功能和学生党员的先锋模范作用得到了有效发挥。
