论高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设

On the construction of vocational qualification certificate system in higher vocational colleges

高等职业教育与普通高等教育的专业建设有着很大的区别,高职教育的专业不是普通高等教育意义上的“学科专业,”而主要是“技术专业;”因此,高职院校推行职业资格证书制度也就显得尤为重要。就高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设的意义、发展现状及发展方向,结合国外职业资格制度发展经验,我国高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设势在必行。

Higher vocational education in specialty construction differs from the ordinary higher education. Specialty in higher vocational education is not the ＂ discipline specialty＂, but mainly the ＂technical specialty＂, therefore the higher vocational colleges carry out vocational qualification certificate system, which appears especially significant. Combining the experience of overseas vocational qualification system development, the article explores the construction of vocational qualification ceaificate system for its meaning, current development situation and direction, showing that the construction must be enforced in higher vocational colleges in our country.
