翻译是把一种语言转换成另一种语言,两种语言的转换过程必然涉及到两种文化,翻译实质上是不同文化的交流,要让译文与原文能形似又神似,即要求译语从文化意义的角度再现原文化所要传达的意义、形式及风格,必须深刻了解双方文化内涵、精通文化背景、深谙文化以及语言的“表层”与深层结构,只有这样才能把作者的原意传真给读者。

Translation is to turn one language into another. Transformation of two languages certainly involves two cultures. Translation, in fact, is the communication between two cultures. To make the translated language like the original language both in form and in the meaning, Which requires the meaning, form and style of the source language be precisely expressed in the translation from the angle of culture,one should master the connotation of both euhures,have a good command of euhural background, know the surface and deep structures of culture and language adequately, so that one can transfer the author＇s original meaning to readers exacdy.
