摘要
目的 探讨去甲肾上腺素对人THP-1细胞CD137、IL-6/及HMGB1表达的影响。方法 加入10/μmol/L的去甲肾上腺素处理THP-1细胞1h,运用逆转录多聚酶链反应检测其CD137、IL-6及HMGB1mRNA的表达。结果 10μmol/L的去甲肾上腺素能上调THP-1细胞CD137及IL-6mRNA的表达,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01);但对HMGB1mRNA的表达没有影响。结论 去甲肾上腺素上调THP-1细胞CD137及IL-6mRNA水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of noradrertaline on the expression of CD137 mRNA, IL- 6 mRNA and HMGB1 mRNA in human monocytie THP- 1 cells. Methods Human monocytic THP- 1 cells were incubated with 10μmol/L noradrenaline for 1 hours, then the mRNA levels of CD137,IL- 6 and HMGB1 were dctermined by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR). Results human monocytie THP- 1 cells treated with 10μmol/L noradrenaline could increase the mRNA levels of CD137 and IL- 6 ( P 〈 0.01). But nomdrenalin have no significant effect on HMGB1 gene expression( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Noradrenaline up - regulates CD137 mRNA and IL- 6 mRNA expression in human monocytic THP- 1 cells.
