摘要
肠球菌是最常见的医院感染病原菌之一,近年来肠球菌的耐药性变得越来越严重,尤其表现为多重耐药性。在肠球菌中已经发现多种耐药基因,有些耐药基因能够编码多重耐药外排泵,介导肠球菌对多种药物的耐药,即多重耐药性。外排系统抑制剂能够抑制肠球菌对抗菌药物的泵出。因此,外排系统抑制剂的研究和开发将是一条解决多重耐药性的重要途径。
Enterococci is one of the most common hospital infection disease germ, In recent years Enterococci's resistence to antimicrobial agents changes more and more seriously, especially displays for multiple resistance. In Enterococci people have already discovered many kinds of resistant genes, some of which can encode multidrug resistance efflux pumps, leading to Enterocci's resistance to various antimicrobial agents. Inhibitors of efflux systems can suppress efflux of antimicrobial agents from cells. Therefore, researching and developing the inhibitors of eftlux systems will be one important way to solve the problem about multidrug resistance.
