论云南与东盟国家高等教育的交流与合作

The Higher Education Exchange and Cooperation between Yunnan Province and ASEAN

云南由于毗邻东南亚,其高等教育面向东南亚的国际化已势不可挡。目前,双方高教的交流与合作已呈现出良好的发展态势,相比较而言,云南高教有着独特的区位优势、资源优势,而且亟待超常规发展。在交流与合作中,云南省应该加强对双方高教的宣传和研究,扩大规模,提升层次,同时因国而异,做好高等教育的输入与输出。

Because Yunnan is adjacent to Southeast Asia, the trend of the internationalization of Yurman higher education is irresistible, which geared to the needs of Southeast Asia first. At present, the bilateral exchange and cooperation of higher education has shown its splendid prospects. By comparison, the higher education in Yunnan province enjoys the unique advantage of region and resource, and is eager for unconventional development. In exchange and cooperation of the bilateral higher education, Yunnan province should enhance the propaganda and research, enlarge the scale, and lift the layer. Meanwhile, Yunnan province should do well in the import and export of higher education according to different countries as well.
