摘要
课程实施是课程改革的重要环节,教师课程实施的行为取向反映着他们对课程实施过程的不同认识,影响着课程实施的效果。文章从教师角度,对新课程实施中影响教师行为取向的内部因素和外部因素进行了分析,进而提出促进教师积极行为取向的策略。
The complement of new course is an importart factor in the whole process of course reform. The teachers' behavior in carrying out the new course reflects their different understanding to the complement of new course and thus imposes great influence on the ending. On the basis of illustrating both the inner and outer factors which affect the teachers' behaviors, This paper put forward some strategies to promote teachers' active behaviors.
