摘要
目的:分析充血性心力衰竭(心衰)患者房性心律失常的动态心电图特点。方法:选择心衰患者42例,非心衰患者40例,分析24h动态心电图。结果:心衰组房性早搏、短阵房性心动过速、心房扑动、心房颤动的发生率明显高于对照组。结论:心衰患者房性心律失常的发生率较高,其存在与心衰患者预后也有密切关系。
Objectives： To analyse the characteristics of atrial arrhythmias of dynamic electrocadiogram （DCG） in patient with congestive heart failure （CHF） . Methods： DCG of 42 patients with CHF and 40 patients without CHF were analysed. Results： Atrial premature beat, tramsient atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter and fibrillation occurred in CHF group were higher than that without CHF group. Conclusions： The occuring rate of atrial arrhythmias was higher in CHF group, and relative with prognosis of CHF.
