摘要
本文在界定弱势群体的含义、阐述弱势群体信息获取现状的基础上,提出了免费教育功能和有教无类思想是弱势群体信息素质教育的基本保证,并论述了对弱势群体开展信息素质教育的具体措施。
In this paper, the definition of the disadvantaged is given, then the present condition of its information acquisition is discussed. Also the paper puts forward an important idea that free education and the Confucius thinking that instruction recognizes no castes was the guarantee of information literacy for the disadvantaged. At last, specific measures for disadvantaged information literacy are offered.
