进城务工人员的继续教育初探

通过分析进城务工人员继续教育的隐性需求及导致显性需求远远小于其隐性需求的主要因素后,得出高校应通过完善学分制、将学历教育分解、校企合作办学等方式来满足进城务工人员的继续教育需求,政府应搭建平台、制定政策来促进进城务工人员的继续教育发展。

There are a lot of rural workers in the eastern coastal area in our country. Their continuing education became an important part of the continuing education of the whole society and is significant to the improvement of national quality. By analyzing their latent demand that is smaller than their obvious demand, this paper concludes that universities should satisfy their demand for continuing education by perfecting credit system, decomposing certificate education and cooperation between university and enterprise and government should build the stage and lay down policies to foster their continuing education.
