校长任期制是校长管理制度改革的重要内容,校长任期制的实践策略包括:科学界定任期时间;健全目标责任制度;完善任期考核和监督制度;健全校长任期内业绩激励机制;建立校长空缺补充机制。
The system of the principal's term is an important content of reforming principal's management system. The practice strategy includes: regulating the time of the principal' s term scientifically, perfecting responsibility system of the term target, perfecting the system of assessment and supervision, constituting the stimulating system of achievement in the term, and constituting the supplement system of principal-vacancy.
