摘要 教师自学培训是自学考试与教师培训相结合,并结合国际教师培训、校本培训、当前教师培训的理论与实践而探索的一种培训模式。本文从国际视野下教师学历的巨大差距,时代要求教师专业化及当前教师培训的缺陷三个角度阐述探索教师自学培训的缘由,重点对教师自学培训涵义、特点、优势、实施进行探索。 Teachers' Self-training is a new mode of teachers' training that not only combines with self-learning-test and teachers' training, but also integrates international teachers' training, school-based training and the practice and theory of the present teachers' training. First the paper tells the reason of researching teachers' self-training mode from the following three aspects : the huge gap of discrepancy, teachers' specialization demanded by the time, and the weakness of the present teachers' training, and then the paper emphatically researches the meaning, the traits, the advantages and the method of putting it into practice of teachers' self-training.
