关于干部教育职前职后一体化的思考

Thought on the Integration of Cadres' Pre-service and In-service Education

干部教育一体化是领导人才培养倍受关注的必然结果,是学习化社会的必然要求,也是我国当前干部教育现状的迫切要求;干部教育一体化是为了培养适应时代发展要求的领导干部,也是为了提高干部教育培训的质量和效益;在实践中,我们要以促进干部反思为导向,以干部成长规律为依据,以能力培养为本位,以工作的需要为立足点。

The cadre education integration is the inevitable result of much attention on leadership education, the request of learning society, the urgent need of the present situation of our cadre education. The aim of integration is to cultivate the leaders who can adapt to the request of time development, also is to enhance the quality and the benefit of cadre education. In the practice, we must take promoting cadres＇ reconsideration as the guidance, take the development rule of the cadre as the basis, take the ability improvement as the standard, take the need of work as a standpoint.
