论成人有效教学与教学艺术之耦合

On the Coupling of Effective Teaching and Teaching Arts in Continuing Education

自教学诞生以来,教育者就在追求有效教学,进行有效教学的探索。成人学习注重实用性和实效性,因此成人教学更应实施有效教学。本文在分析成人有效教学与成人教学艺术的基础上,着重探讨在成人教学中积极建构成人教学艺术,促进成人有效教学。

Ever since the appearance of teaching, instructors have been seeking for ways to execute effective teaching. Aspiration after practicability and substantial results features largely in adult learning; therefore, continuing education lays more emphasis on effective teaching. This paper analyzes the relations between effective teaching and teaching arts, and proposes the ways of realizing the coupling in continuing education.
