关于簇蛋白(clusterin)和前列腺干细胞功能的关系研究

目的明确簇蛋白(clusterin)和前列腺干细胞功能的关系。方法取10只实验犬,分别于去势前及去势后近期(<15d)、去势后远期(>15d)取前列腺组织制成石蜡切片。通过双标免疫组化检测前列腺组织中clusterin的表达及其表达部位。结果去势前后clusterin在前列腺基底细胞中的表达没有显著性的差异。结论Clusterin在前列腺基底细胞中不存在表达。

Objective To find out the relationship between clusterin and function of stem cells. Methods 10 canines were operated prostatic biopsy before, castratian and the near thture after castration（ 〈 5 days）, long - term after castration （ 〉 15 days）, Prostate tissue was imbedded in paraffin block, and cut into sections. We detected the expression of clusterin and the location of expression by immunochemical douBle staining technique, Results there was no discrepancy which clusterin expression in prostatci banal cells before castration and after castration. Conclusion Clusterin is not expressed in prostatic basal cells.
