摘要
整流二极管的电参数是要通过额定值参数和电特性参数来反映,而额定值参数是要通过试验后由电特性参数的测试结果来反映,电特性参数水平则是要通过电测试来确定,整流二极管的电特性指标不但与测试条件、环境条件等有关;更重要的还与测试方法有关,本文论述了测试方法如何影响整流二极管的电参数水平。
The electrical parameter of the rectifier diode should be reflected with its absolute maximum ratings and electrical characterisfies, while the absolute maximum ratings should be reflected with results of electrical characteristics parameter after testing. Electrical characteristics parameter level should be determined with electrical testing. Electrical characteristic targets of the rectifier diode are not only eoneemod in testing conditions and environment conditions, but eoneemod in testing methods is more important. This thesis discusses how the testing methods affect electrical parameter of the rectifier diode.
