Countryside roads construction plays a particular political and economical role on guaranteeing the entire road web growing coordinately, improving countryside and the whole society economy development and stability. Under such situation, it's put on an important working agenda in Ministry of communications of P.R.C. We issue 'Plan on Countryside Roads Construction in the Whole Country', in which the future development aim and implementing of 100 billion-yuan project in the period of the 'Eleventh 5-year Plan' are made definitely in order to improve countryside roads construction.
