血红素氧合酶-1抗氯化汞急性肾损伤的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental research on antagonistic effect of heme oxygenase-1 on acute mercury chloride induced renal impairment

摘要 目的探讨诱导血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)表达在抗氯化汞急性肾损伤中的作用及其可能的机制。方法40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为HO-1诱导组(16只大鼠,腹腔注射血晶素20 mg/kg,24 h后再注射HgCl2 1 mg/kg)、单纯染汞组(16只大鼠,等量空白液+HgCl2 1 mg/kg)、对照组(8只大鼠,等量空白液+等量生理盐水)。检测肾组织中HO-1蛋白表达及HO-1活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)和血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)含量及肾组织形态学改变。结果(1)血晶素明显诱导了肾内HO-1表达及活力增加;(2)与对照组比较,单纯染汞组Cr、BUN、MDA升高,TAOC降低,组织学损伤严重,染汞前诱导HO-1表达则可逆转上述改变。结论肾内HO-1的诱导表达明显减轻了HgCl2所致的急性肾损伤,其作用机制与增强肾组织抗氧化能力有关。
