摘要
指出开发医疗保健纺织品的3个途径:使用功能性纤维,对织物进行后整理加工,应用高科技手段制成电子医疗保健纺织品。重点介绍了开发医疗保健纺织品所采用的功能性纤维,包括天然纤维、生物活性纤维、生物技术型纤维、生化功能型纤维、高性能高技术纤维、多种材料的复合型纤维;还介绍了开发医疗保健纺织品所采用的后整理加工技术,包括浸渍与涂层技术、微胶囊技术、纳米整理技术。并以智能医用夹克为例阐述了应用高科技手段制作电子医疗保健纺织品的发展。
This paper introduces in detail the novel medical and hygienical fabrics in terms of the three ways of developing methods, among of which the functional fibers include natural fiber, biological active fiber, biotechnology-based fiber, bio-functional fiber, high performance and high-tech fiber and composite fiber, the post treatment methods include impregnating and coating technology, micro-capsule technology and nano-finishing technology, and the high science and technology includes intelligent materials, e.g., the medical intelligent jacket.
