阐述了丝光棉针织成衣生产各工序的工艺与要求,包括进料、排料、裁剪、缝制、整烫、包装等各道生产工序的具体质量要求与控制技巧。进料应根据国家标准或客户要求测试纤维含量、丝光含量、甲醛含量以及耐摩擦牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、耐水洗色牢度;排料应注意裁片方向、尺码标示、排料宽度、排料长度、对条对格等问题;裁剪需控制准确度、裁剪刀的锋利度等;缝制时要合理选择缝针、缝线、线迹、缝型,合理使用衬料以及合理设计生产工艺与流水线等。

This paper introduces the technology of every working procedure and its requirements of the production of mercerized cotton knitted ready-made clothes, including the concrete quality requirement and control skills of selection of raw material, layout, tailoring, sewing, finish-ironing, packaging, and so on. According to the national standards or customer′s requirements, experiments should be done to the raw material including the content of fiber, content of mercerized fiber, content of formaldehyde, color fastness to rubbing, color fastness to perspiration and color fastness to washing. For the layout process, the direction of cut pieces, size label, width of the layout, length of the layout and the match of check and stripe should be carefully noticed. In the cutting process, it needs to control the exactness and secure the sharpness of the scissors. And for the sewing procedure, it requires to properly select the sewing needle, sewing thread, stitch structure and linear pattern. In addition, the use of interlining, design of technology and flow line should be also made properly.
