摘要
西南大学家蚕基因库保存的遗传系统18-130的蛾体色表现特殊性状,雄蛾为灰黑色,雌蛾为白色。用多个白色蛾系统与之进行杂交分析,饲养F1、F2和RF1代,分析该黑蛾的遗传规律,结果:18-130系统黑蛾由常染色体上隐性突变基因控制,且表现为从性遗传,在雌体中几乎不能表现黑蛾性状,而在雄蛾中黑体色表现明显,即性别不同是影响其表型的主要因素。研究证明该灰黑蛾是家蚕从性遗传的一个典型代表,命名为sex-controlled m ela-n ism,基因符号为sm l。同时,经过连锁分析探明sm l基因与第7连锁群的鹑斑(q)、第13连锁群的隐性赤蚁(ch)、第16连锁群的颊尾斑(cts)均为独立遗传。
The analyzed genetic system 18-130 which is kept in the Bombyx mori gene bank of Southwest University showed a special character in the body colour of moth. The male moth is grey-black, the female moth is white. Several systems of white moth were crossed with 18-130, and the F1, F2 and RF1 generation were reared. Hereditary analysis showed that 18-130 system of black moth is controlled by recessive mutant gene on an autosome and characterized by sex-controlled inheritance. The female moth showed hardly the character of black moth, but the male moth showed black body colour obviously. It means that the main factor of the different phenotype is sex. The study proved that the black moth is a representative of sex-controlled inheritance in silkworm. It is named sex-controlled melanism with the gene symbol sml. While, linkage analysis showed that sml gene is inherited independently on the quail (q) of 7th linage group, the chocolate (ch) of 13th linage group and the cheek and tail spots (cts) of 16th linage group.
