摘要
针对普通煤炉上火慢、热效率低等缺点,用增加造汽箱、喷汽盘等方法,改进设计了一种新型的养蚕专用煤炉。养蚕煤炉的工作原理是:输入适量水至造汽箱腔里,在炉胆余热作用下,能很快转化为蒸汽流,由喷汽盘12小孔注入煤孔内,与煤燃烧产生的一氧化碳和二氧化碳发生热解反应,生成甲烷类汽体,成为一种高能燃料,其着火能量低,燃烧速度快,发热值高,极易形成火焰,还可生成可燃性汽体H2、O2、CO,使燃烧更加完全,让蚕在适温适宜环境中生长、成熟。与普通煤炉相比较,养蚕煤炉可节煤30%以上;一氧化碳平均值220×10-6L/L以下;造汽箱容量1 L,进水、喷汽孔径0.7 mm,火焰射高300 mm;省时30%以上。
Considering the defect of general coat stove's stow burning and tow heat efficiency, we designed a new stove through adding steamproducing box and jet plate. The operating principle of this new stove is; put some water into steamproducing box,and the water can be transformed into steam flow with the effect of the stove's heat remained in a short holes of the jet plate, then the heat separated reaction with the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide after coat's burning take place, which finally produce combustion-supporting gas - methane. Compared to the general coal stove, the new stove costs few energy when fired with high speed of burning,it gives out much heat and is easy to come about flames. It can also produce burnable gas like H2, O2, CO ,which make the process of burning completely. So that, silkworm can grow up in appropriate temperature. This new one can save coal over 30% and produce CO tess than 220×10^-6L/ L of average value. The capacity of steamproducing box is 1L, water inputing and jet hole's diameter is 0.7 mm, the height of erupting flame is 300 mm, time saving is over 30%.
