药学专业实验室建设与改革初探

实验室是开展科学研究、培养高素质和创新性人才的基地,实验室建设则是学科建设的重要组成部分。针对目前实验室建设中普遍存在的弊端,结合本校药学实验中心的实际情况,就实验室管理体制改革、实验教学改革、考核模式改革以及实验队伍建设等进行了思考和探索。

Laboratory is the important base of developing scientific research and cultivating high quality and initiative students, laboratory construction is an important component part of discipline construction. According to the practical situation of our university＇s Pharmacy experimental center, this paper explores the reform of laboratory managerial system, experimental teaching, exam mode and the construction of experimental staff according to popular unreasonable things in laboratory at present.
