摘要
目的:通过实验研究确定HLA-B类基因位点与Eales’病的发病之间的联系,寻找致病基因及抗病基因。方法:选取25名已确诊Eales’病的患者作为研究组,自献血血库中选取与研究组患者年龄性别无统计学差异的25名健康人作为对照组。抽取外周血提取DNA。使用新型PCR-SSO方法对DNA进行HLA-B基因位点的检测,得出结果,并进行统计学分析。结果:分析结果中未发现与Eales’病发病相关的HLA-B基因位点,但发现基因型HLA-B*15基因位点在对照组中明显高于患者组(P=0.0072)。结论:未发现与Eales’病发病相关的HLA-B类基因位点,但是HLA-B*15可能具有抗病性,提示本病的发生可能与上述HLA-B类位点的缺失有关。
Objective:To study the relationship between HLA-B allele and the Eales' disease,and find the relative allele. Methods:25 Eales' disease patients were selected as research group, and 25 healthy people from Blood-Devote Center were selected as control group. DNA was gain from their peripheral blood, and HLA-B allele was determined by newly PCR-SSO method. The result was studied statistically. Results: genetype was tested in the two group. No disease-caused allele was found in genetype analyze, but genetype HLA-B * 15 allele was significant high in control group (P = 0. 0072). Condusion: No diseasecaused allele was found in HLA-B allele in this research. But genetype HLA-B * 15 allele may have great influence in anti-disease process, which mean the happen of Eales' disease may cause by the lack of some HLA-B alleles.
