摘要
选用无机盐沉淀剂从新疆地产胡萝卜中提取天然β-胡萝卜素,用正交实验探讨了天然β-胡萝卜素的最佳提取工艺条件。研究结果表明,在胡萝卜汁中加入0.7%CaCl2.2H2O作沉淀剂,其体积与胡萝卜汁体积比为2∶1,选用正己烷作提取溶剂时,提取量最高,达788μg/g,β-胡萝卜素纯度为92%。
β-carotene extracted from xin-jiang carrots by CaCl2,2H2O participating method was investigated. The optimum extracting condition by the orthogonal design were : 0.7 % CaCl2,2H2O added at 2 : 1 ratio as precipitator; hexane as the extraction solvent, The yield was up to 92% with the content of β-carotene reached to 788μg/g.
