摘要
建立了测定月饼中防霉剂纳他霉素的高效液相色谱分析方法.采用ODS分离柱,V(甲醇):V(水)=70:30流动相,在303 nm波长下检测纳他霉素含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.8%~7.3%,检出限为0.5mg/kg,平均回收率为77.8%~97.9%%.
A method was established for determination of natamycin in moon cake by HPLC. Separation was carried out on an ODS column at room temperature with the elution of methanol: water = 70 : 30 and UV detection wavelength was 303 nm. The detection limits, recovery, and precision are 0.5 mg/kg, 77.8%-97.9%, and 1.8 % - 7.3 %, respectively.
