东北老工业基地经济发展中的金融视角分析

The Research on the Role of Financial Development in the Economy of the Old Industry Base and Strategic Recommendations for Financial Development

要实现东北老工业基地的振兴成为中国经济增长的第四极地战略目标,金融发展的扶持作用不容忽视。与东部沿海经济发达地区相比,东北的金融发展无论是从量的扩张上,还是在质的提高上都明显落后了。向量自回归模型(VAR)的研究表明东北金融发展与经济发展之间存在着相互的因果关系,金融发展有助于促进经济发展。基于这样的结论,我们提出了有效化解历史包袱,实现金融机构的多元化发展、建立多层次的资本市场和建设以大连为核心的区域金融中心的老工业基地金融发展对策。

In order to achieve the strategic object of the revitalization of the old industry base in the northeast China that becomes the fourth pole of economic growth in China, the role of financial development cannot be ignored. Compared to the advanced coastal regions, the financial development in the old industry base has lagged behind not only in the terms of the quantitative expansion but also in the qualitative improvement. The VAR model indicates that there is a mutual-boosting relationship between the economic development and financial development in this region. Based on this conclusion, this article proposes that the key to advance the financial development in the old industry base is to quicken the disposal of historical burdens, realize the diversification of financial institutions, establish the multiple-layer capital market and nurture the Dalin-based regional financial center.
